Very rude. Charged for the wrong items in drive through I was not able to enter the store so I made my order through the drive through. They charged me for the wrong items At first they told me I could not get my money back without coming inside. I explained that I was not able to come inside and that is why I went through the drive through. The manager voided the transaction and refused to sell me the items that I originally asked for. I asked why. If the transaction could be voided and rerung why would they refuse to do so?? It was very odd. They didn’t want to correct their mistake. The manager could not given me any reasons and refused to give any insights. Maybe she just didn’t want to??? She gave no answers. I have had good experiences here until this happening. I will skip on coming here ever again. I see other comments that others have been mischarged and given the wrong product here before. I’m glad I didn’t make it all the way home before realizing they were trying to give me the wrong product. I am not sure that they even would have given me my money back if I hadn’t caught it before I left. It is likely they would have been rude about it. No one likes rude employees that don’t remedy small mistakes that have obvious solutions.

been shopping here for months, spend alotta money here every week, I get there today, I have 8.4 grams on my allotment on the adhs portal login, they tell me today when I get there that they forgot to log something, and they tried explaining it to me and it did not make any sense at all, the day they forgot to log, I only bought 4.5 grams, I should still have at least an 8th left, when I questioned the manager about it , he had no real answer for me and started raising his voice with me , basically yelling at me that they can't sell to me today, I didn't understand at all, the manager Andy was so disrespectful to me, I've never experienced anything like it at a dispensary, I've spoken to other managers before and they were nothing like Andy, I feel so DISRESPECTED! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF ANDY!!!!! I WILL BAD MOUTH THIS COMPANY AND THE MANAGER ANDY EVERY CHANCE I GET! DONT COME HERE , ALL THEY DO IS LIE TO YOU AND ACT DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE AS HELL!

This has been my favorite dispensary for going on 5 years. I have been very loyal to this business. Today I went in and all they had was reserve shelf. Top $$$. If they cared about their patients they would divide some of it up top shelf and budget. No way they want top $$$. The same water and nutrients go into budget,top shelf, and reserve. REALLY GUYS. Thanks a lot. Now not only the stress of the virus, but no meds that I can afford.( My husband and I both have been put on furlough for at least 60 days). Have a great few weeks stay safe. Seriously this place is amazing. Not only is the place really clean and organized, but the staff is super great and helpful. They answer all your questions and the drive-thru is extremely convenient!!

As a first time patient you expect to get what you pay for . They sold me a "live resin" cartridge with glycerin oil in it. Literally. Called them after I found out because I was just beside myself , they were awsome on the phone told me to come in. So I come in and one of the budtenders "tested" my cartridge and he totally agreed with me that I was correct . Well "manager" came down and started to argue with me. He told me "they make it in house and keep all the turbine (I believe) so it has more flavor " I could have laughed in his face , I am from Washington I know what is glycerin and what is live resin he also did not know his own budtendered tried it himself and agreed with me. I also did not want to get anyone in trouble because the "customer service " from the tenders were awsome , there "manager" is a shame. No worries tho! Another tender is 2 blocks up the street and totally worth it ! Bought a live resin cartridge thru them and it's the best one I have had yet !

Very informative and easy.

This Dispensery always gives me the correct weight of MMJ unlike other Dispensaries that are closer to my residence and the quality is top notch.

Tomorrow will be my first time at this place.. Hope they can help
