cool place fast good service

They were raided last night and have been boarded up. Time to find a new spot.

I am a boyfriend trying to experiment with marijuana with my girlfriend for the first time. We don't know anything. I went into this dispensary and they gave me a ticket and someone literally went over everything about weed for me. Made sure I knew what things did and what things were safe. It was very good customer service. My girlfriend now has something she can use in emergencies for migraines. Thank you very much.

They sold me a faulty cartridge and I emailed the brand kushyvape who told me to come back for a full refund. I called Unity to make sure and they said yes too. When I returned they said sorry we can’t. Not further explanations. I tried to show them the email from kushy vape and they said “sorry no phones allowed”. I was ready to purchase more but was extremely offended and disappointed at their arrogance and lack of customer care. As a business owner I take care of my customers weather it’s the vendors fault or a fluke manufacturing defect. It should never be the customer that loses out on that. Really wanted to keep loving this place but beware how they treat you after they already have your money. Owners should train bud tenders to do the right thing.

I have been a member since the day of opening and watching it grow and the new changes they make . It is easy and simple and nice and clean that is a plus plus .The staff is caring and honest about what you need ,friendly smiles ,peaceful and happy place I enjoy going and it's a good twenty-five Miles round trip . Location is good ,easy to get to. Reasonable prices and happy hour ;) I'll be back !

This was the most unprofessional dispensary I've ever been to. I gave this dispensary more than one chance at keeping my business. The lack of knowledge from the budtenders of both product and flower were disappointing. Each encounter got more weird. Upon one visit I had an employee be so rude I walked out without buying anything. The next time my boyfriend went in he had to endure having one of the female budtenders come into him,  Even asking for his phone number! This facility will be shut down if not sooner than later... That is a fact. It's operating illegally, unprofessionally  and inefficiently.
