Don’t buy their carts. Don’t buy the Ghost Train plug n play AIO. Purchased mine on September 30th, left town for a week out of state, came back and tried to charge my battery, overheated until it died without having any button pressed or being inhaled. Called HPC, guy over the phone said they could work something out (made clear it was past 7 day period for returns and was just looking for a discount), went in and was told by floor staff there was nothing they could do. Upsetting since the cart was still nearly full and even called in advance to explain the situation that still resulted in being told I’m SOL. Won’t be buying any carts here anymore since they need to be broken within 7 days. Staff is friendly at least
