I am a long time pationt and stop by at least 2 3 and spend a lot there times a week....I am pissed the f off...was there to get ur wax deal brought 200 with me to spend I was ignored in the lobby for 10 mins and had 4ppl that came in after me and a first timers that came in after me was processed and checked in after after the 5 th was checked in the twitcht guy at the desk final asked if I wasreturning and becourse frustration and under medicated went off and yeild to give me back I.d there's there was no attempt to try to get me to leave happy and noway I wasn't notified I'm white tattoos arms hand and chest mokawk bread I'm far from inconspicuous and both of the guys behind the counter made eye contact me all ur staff know I bought me and head to the wax counter this was all bad...there has been no attempt was made to get things back on track and a happy customer I'm pissed off and frustrated to return to that place of busines I referred several people and being him on the ride I don't think that we're retuning either

Literally doesn't get worse, I would go anywhere else but here I went all the way from Lake Elsinore twice, first time my husband bought 4 cartridges 2 didn't work he tried to return them and one of them was closed and clearly leaking, she said she couldn't do that, we tried again yesterday I only went to look and when I tired to use first time customer promo, they had put that I bought $5.00 DIRTY place just because it's not regulated means they can do their customers dirty, I would not recommend this place and if you live far I would just go anywhere else. Don't waste your time
