The Herb Center

Don’t spend your money here!! Two black haired women who work there are the worse!! Can’t keep their big mouths shut! Poor attitude and work ethic. Blamed the store for their poor work ability!! One said she had worked there 5 years yet I never saw her there before and she didn’t know what she was doing at all! I didn’t go to hear about their problems at their work. Why even open the store if you can’t run it. Ridiculous righteous self posturing of arrogant rude employees!!!!!

I've been to many cannabis centers in Bend and found Found Caleb at the Herb Center was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very caring and compassionate. I had been to the herb center in the past and didn't care for the service I received. The woman I worked with seemed annoyed to be answering my questions. I’ve been waited on by the same woman twice and she is rude and condescending. As I read other posts I’m finding others have had the same experience with the women there. Not sure why. They may need training or an attitude adjustment. As I was walking out I spoke with Caleb and he totally turned my perception of the Herb Center around. He was engaging and genuinely interested in proving me with exactly what I needed. Then I asked about pet meds and he referred me to Simply CBD and they took care of me as well. I will definitely go back to the Herb Center but only if Caleb is there to help me.

Large well appointed store with merchandise and a big selection of marijuana products. One of the largest selections I have seen. Friendly staff, good prices. I like it! They had what I wanted. Recommended.

I went to the Herb center yesterday and I was amazed with their selection. I had a hard time deciding on what to buy. I tried some of their "Pink" and it was a great treat. I also tired some live resin and it was the best I've had. If your looking for quality definitely try the Herb center and you can't be their prices!!!

Always a wonderful day when I get to visit my favorite dispensary!! They have tons of competition in Bend, but they are by far the best and everyone knows it! Business is booming and can't wait for the expansion!

Use to be medical patients best friend. I GAVE THEM A FOUR STAR. AFTER LEGALIZATION IN OREGON, THE BASE PRICE FOR MEDS ARE NOW TODAY THE SAME AS REC POT.EXCEPT THE HERB CENTER CHARGES TAX ON REC POT. HMM. THE PRICE HASN'T GONE UP FROM THE GROW SIDE! A disappointingly SITUATION FOR FIXED INCOME patients. MAYBE RETHINK GREED. DISAPPOINTED SENIOR😢 E P

Best shop in town! These people put a ton of work into what they do, and it truly shows! They have the perfect product to suit all your medical needs! Been going here since they opened. Their products are organic and grown with such passion. I'd recommend them to anyone! Plus they have the BEST prices in town. Hands down! No fees and cute bud tenders :)
