A Better Way Medicinal Alternatives

I was surprised to see these reviews that are very similar to mine. I agree with the lack of customer service provided here. I've said before they act as if they are the only store in the state. I have often times felt like I was in a morgue when going in. Staff is cold and somber, and FORGET complaining about anything. THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT even in the face of evidence, THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT. I know Kfalls is trying to go rec and they are helping with this which really is ironic. My guess is if rec is allowed, other competitors will come in and put their bad asses out of business. Better (Bad) Way, you are over the top with your arrogance, and my only regret is I came back. The other stores I've found have one thing in common....they appreciate their customers. You will see the backlash one of these days because this is your MO. People come there because it's convenient, but I guarantee if every one of your customers had the opportunity to try a few of the dispensaries I have within driving distance, NOBODY would be back. Better wise up before it's too late. Pompous, arrogant and as I've said elsewhere, I'll never step foot in their doors. Too bad you didn't get a chance to ban me....LOL!

This place is horrible they banned me because i complained about there clone not being root bound I was going there to get my Meds. On a monthly basis would spend a few hundred every time i went in, A fair warning if u feel like your getting ripped off don't tell them or complain because they will ban you..... Then you will have to find a new place to get your medicine... Or get your growers card like me and grow better stuff then they have ever seen... :P Thank You Ed Medina love that you banned me and made me learn to grow my own.. I love it!! :D
