Lucid - Lacey

Lucid is just a wonderful place to go get weed. Close to my house on Yelm Highway, store is very nicely designed and always very clean. I go here for my pre rolls. They carry some great brands you won't find commonly elsewhere; they are very selective about what they carry which is great for the customer because no matter your budget, you are leaving with quality bud. Budtenders are all approachable and know what they are talking about.

This was your typical average run of the mill pot shop. Both guys I interacted with were knowledgeable but they were the "typical" stoner guys. If your more on the professional side seeking cannabis needs, I would by pass this store for the others in the area. They had a hard time connecting with me and they bad mouthed their competition. Their prices were also higher than the other stores on the same street. Not worth it.

I have been a lucid customer for 2 years now. At first I went there because the location was convenient but after going to many other 502 establishments I keep coming back. The selection is solid with something in every price range. Tha layout of the store lends for easy shopping without a lot of fluff like flashing lights and overdone theme decorations....just cannabis (flower, concentrates, edibles, topical and more) and assorted pieces of all materials. I think what sets lucid apart in a somewhat flooded market is the staff. Professional yet personalable. There are a couple people I don't care for as much but for the most part everyone on the current staff is knowledgable. A few of my favorites are: Tim, great customer service even with "problem customers" and solid knowledge of the inventory. Ricky, I would say the resident weed nerd. After 20 years of smoking not many people can out know me when it comes to cannabis, he can. Always solid recommendations as long as you give him something to work with. Paige, is another stand out bud tender. Very no pressure and a nice person to see behind the counter on a Sunday morning. Competive prices, solid selection, reliable staff, nice loyalty program and no frills location is why lucid lacey is my go to.

This place is over priced. The employees don't care about your experience or give you all the information. They set incorrect expectations for thier customers just to get the sale. They act like you owe them a favor for being in thier store. Expect high prices, low quality and pushy sales people.

Made the effort to detour out there a few months ago for a particular strain. Didn't have it available and what was recommended was unimpressive. I felt like I was just another body come thru the door. The store is clean and attractive, but apparently their idea of appealing to high end users is to make $$$.

I stopped in for several visits so far. Not sure if I'll be coming back. The place is clean, with care for appearance and service. The staff seemed relatively knowledgeable, but only about what they themselves had smoked. I've seen NO BUDTENDERS working here, simply retail counter help. ** Product seems scarce with few brands, I've never seen a Deal and staff talk down about every kind of marijuana except Artizen (duh) ** On multiple trips the same staff members described the same 2g bag of Sweet Baby Jane as both Super Sativa, Super Indica, Dirt, and Top Shelf at different times. Each time 2+ people working together ** This is overall a nice store with lots of flashy bright lights and unique displays, but staff are rude and simply not budtenders they're cashiers. Selection is tiny, pricing is pretty good (unless you like deals, I've never seen one mentioned here).

Won't go back due to rude service. I loved this place came in regularly and was a loyal customer, until recently when LUCID hired some rude people and their prices went up. I haven't been back since an encounter watching how a woman who worked there handled a customer. Literally the rudest I have ever seen one stoner to another. I watched him walk out and then left never to return.

Good prices and knowledgable staff. Win win for me! I forgot who helped me, but thanks for suggesting Artizen grape ape after listening to what I was looking for. Rocked my world! I'll be back.

A real classy place, with super awesome people, fabulous variety, and cool devices. My favorite of all shops!

This is my third time here and i drive all the way from Lakewood. It's quality product's, everything is labeled and tested and best of all you cant beat their prices iv been to seven other local places from where i live and the prices are outrageous so much that two of the previous places i went to were trying to charge me 90 an 1/8 which blew my mind especially since im from cali and would never dream of paying that much. Over all the staff is really nice and friendly and they always have good music playing, its a good atmosphere and you'll feel welcomed the minute you walk in. Also if i were to recommend something i would suggest trying their Black Berry Kush and picking up a pack of their White Russian pre-roll special their having this super bowl weekend.
