Very un-knowledgeable about the products they carry. Doesn't keep an updated online menu. Very rude and unprofessional. They were the first shop here in Seattle but that doesn't mean they need to be your first stop! Please consider one of the many other options in the area. I can guarantee your experiences with any of the others will be far greater than what they have to offer here. They also try to bribe people from leaving negative reviews so who knows how many others feel this way. A quick Google search will fill you in.
