Seattle Tonics

I've been going to Seattle Tonics frequently for over the past year and Im a regular customer supporting this business. But last week I used a $20 bill to pay for my purchase and the little short Asian guy that drives the Black Toyota 4runner had the audacity to check if my bill was real using a machine he had next to the register. Nobody has ever done this to me at this store before especially for lower denomination bills. I’d understand if it was a $100 bill. This was purely racist. And very petty, demeaning, humiliating, and unfair. I work hard for my money like everyone else does. If my skin was a different color he wouldn’t have looked at me and my money suspiciously and as a criminal. I was a little shocked because the staff are usually very friendly and helpful here. Be fair and equal and look at everyone else’s money with the same scrutiny as you did mine. It's interesting how Asians are the first to speak out against hate, racism, discrimination and inequality, when they're the main ones that are practicing it in our society. The owner needs to teach his employees proper customer service skills or they will continue to lose business and sales.

DISCLAIMER : ALL SHOPS REVIEWED ARE GIVEN AT LEAST 3 VISITS/PURCHASES BEFORE REVIEWS ARE ESTABLISHED On all visits we purchased flower that was old/dry. I'm talking ancient buds that dated more than a year old on production. Inventory Management should know better than to buy this kind of product OR intentionally does so to turn a profit. Also observed concentrates that were GREEN. GREEEEEN LOL. We asked to see the lab reports for these waxes produced by Dab Dudes and were brushed off by some asian lady who couldnt give us a straight answer about any of this product. Budtenders are kids behind the counter like at a Mcdonalds, they are just there to take an order ---- no expertise, no knowledge of cannabis whatsoever. Whats most funny about this place is that a large 21+ Rec sign accompanied by a string of flags is the only way you'd know this place exists. They dont even have a sign, its literally just a plaque next to their open sign. What kind of rec shop is this? Its the most hapless ghetto one we've ever seen. We were left shaking our heads each and every time. Do yourself a favor and just stay far away from this awful place.

Best prices on concentrates makes this place a top contender for budget bandits and connoisseurs alike. I feel bad for the weed shops next door because their parking lots stay empty while this place has Walmart traffic.

Was shortchanged in a way that would make the tills add up at the end of the day but so the employee could pocket the cash. tried contacting manager to address concerns and got in touch with Casey who said "HAHAHAHAH I TRUST MY EMPLOYEES MORE THAN I TRUST MY CUSTOMERS" I urge anyone that shops at this business to make sure everything is correct on the receipts... If you shop here, make SURE you know the prices of the product, the exact dollar amount you give the employees and the change you receive. Double check the receipt each time as they try to pull a fast one on you. I'll leave it at that.

Good prices on concentrates!

This store has an elegant, glass-and-metal boutique type display style. Everything is in well lit displays. They have a decent selection of each type of marijuana, including many concentrates. The walls are laden with cheap chinese glass. Prices are similar to competition with a few $10 value options, some grams at $15 range, and quite a few $18 options. -- The service here is absolutely terrible. I mean horrible. I visited originally on Halloween - a fun holiday! - and everyone was angry and upset, arguing about how many hours they're going to get the next week. It's literally just a job to them. -- Along with that, the staff are behind a counter way at the far back of the store and there's absolutely no interaction with customers on any of the visits I've had here. One visit I stayed in the store walking around for almost 45 minutes before I got bored and walked up to the counter to 'place my order'. - Never coming back.
