great customer service

Poor customer service. I got screwed on a $45 disposable BHO Pen. It stopped working with more than half of the BHO still in the tank. they won't refund my money or even give me a new one. DONT SHOP HERE. There are plenty of places who take care of their customers when they encounter a problem. Like the Gallery in parkland they make sure the customer is happy!

I love this store. Very convenient the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always have what i want and need. They are awesomw and the owner is always helpful

I like them because they're close to my house. But I agree with all the other reviews and they always seem to have a very low supply of just indica. Some of the bad I've gotten was just crap. But keep going back hoping I'll get better and now they're under construction so all the troubles are even worse now. You need more indica and you need to give more than

I did not enjoy my time at this dispensary whatsoever. The negatives started immediately as the bouncer was a dick, however I could have gotten over that, but once inside I was disappointed to see the rest of the staff was about equal. My budtender was short, impatient, and very standoffish. The building itself was small and cramped with a poor display of products. Their prices were also unnecessarily high, $14+ per gram and $350+ per ounce.. I do not like to give 1 star reviews, but these guys certainly earned it.

So my experience here was nothing short of terrible. I felt like they were rushing me the whole time and every question I had was followed by a vague short reply. I would not recommend this place. If your around this area I would just head to 6th and hit up the shop over there.

The second best rec store south of Seattle. Large selection, always getting the newest products first. Prices is in line with other rec shops. Staff is hit or miss. A few are knowledgeable and friendly. Some rather rude and clueless. Parking can be a pain

Wow, is all I can say. These people used to be for the patients now they are for profit...or maybe they always were......very sad:(

The staff at Rainier are very helpful. The location is clean, sleak, and spacious. They had everything from lots of bud to edibles!
