Great vibes, great customer service, and the staff is more than willing to help you get the experience you are looking for. Some stores have menus, but I prefer the method they have where you can just pull a card on the specific product you are looking right at. It helps me with being able to see what Im buying instead of just going off a name and a percentage, because that doesn't always mean the best weed! Also, they have a live jellyfish tank in the store. Pretty damn cool if you ask me! I will definitely come back again.

This place is the coolest place to buy weed from. They have a friendly and knowledgable staff with amazing products from all price ranges. Plus they have Jellyfish!! The atmosphere in this place is so chill. Would recommend to anyone in Cheney, Airway, Spokane and any of the surrounding areas to buy from here. They also have a north location, one in lacey and one in olympia!! @likipie- Apparently you don't know that the "no return policy" isn't a store policy, read the bottom of your receipt anywhere you go, it says clearly "no returns" this is a state law. And they DO have a menu!! :)

I asked for an oz and received four 8ths instead. I was unable to correct the error due to a no return policy, despite the fact that I barely made it out the front door before returning to fix the miscommunication. The customer service is terrible every time we go in, the quality is usually pretty low and the prices are high compared to competitors in the area. Wouldn't recommend Lucid for anyone.
