I was there on Labor Day. When counting my change they had no tens, so gave me a few fives. When I got home I was a 5 short. My fault for not noticing it then but they screwed me out of 5 dollars. It bothers me, I do not think it is their business model, but I am irked and will not go back.

Great staff, great stock, great atmosphere! Everyone I have met there has been fantastic and they love sharing smiles. Seems we go about twice a week for wax/pre-rolls/flower and have no intentions of stopping! Even love the auto shops that share the parking lot, seen some cool cars out there.
420 West is my favorite dispensary. I first called them and the girl was very helpful. When I got there it was very open, bright, and inviting. I DO NOT like places with a waiting room like atmosphere, where you feel rushed because others are waiting. The one challenge with 420 West, is that it can be hard to tell which customer is next, since the budtender is also your cashier. Once they walk away, it's up to the honor system, as to whom was next. Other than that one observation, they are very well stocked, friendly, fast, and knowledgable...
Wow! Clean, inviting store and staff! After shopping around the area I've found they have the best selection and definitely way better prices than any other store I've seen.
