I've always had good experiences here but today Jacob helped me and he knew exactly what I would want Artisan brand it was exactly what I needed. And the price was good. I will deff be back hopefully Jacob will be my bud tender he knows my style.

As an essential employee and working during Covid-19’s horrific conditions, this dispensary definitely made me feel unappreciated! I was unable to obtain the industry discount. Being employed at an i502 Im not understand why I am not seen as valuable as a bud tender. This is degrading to all i502 employees! Not just to myself. Management should definitely reconsider their policy.

Worst rip off store in town u would think they would treat there customers good not try and act hard and like they no al ln about weed and argue with u and charge u not mi ormal prices when phat panda has gone for 35 and eight and 10 a gram forever all of a sudden faget charges me 40 for the eight and 12 for each gram I hope all of u team yakima people with etiquette and principal boycott this store and take all ur business elsewhere as yakima weed sells it for 35 and 10 all day and sweet relief sells Washington blue 25 eight of sunshine so happytime is a waste of money and disrespectful punks I wish I could take a couome of those wannabes in a dark alley and teach them a lesson how I was raised and those ass clowns would never treat anybody that way again.after talking with owner he is a stand up guy and appreciates his customers and is doing something about it happytime will be a great place to buy weed again like it was 8 months ago when lines where huge so for all reading this it is changing and will be way better customer service and different budtenders good things comings guys

I thought the tall chick was really funny. They mightt swindle youuu but i go knowing what i want how much i have to spend and all that. All in all i had fun.

I went and made sure to ask lots of questions i knew what i picked but the server put the wrong item in my bag. I never opened the package I even gave a good tip. they wouldn't trade for the right stuff They were trying to sell me a vape pen to go with the product they sold me.???? is this an intentional mistake to have you spend more?? They did do the same thing to my husband and this was my first time going back there since then. we were regulars needless to say I was trying to support our local boys but now I will never go there again

Great selections of bud and concentrates. Good prices. And the bud tenders know what is up with helping you. Easy in and easy out never been disappointed! It really is a Happy Time!
