If you read my review directly below, then I am very pleased to report that when the manager of the company found out about my complaint, he went way out of his way to fix the problem ASAP. Therefore, I detract my statement from below and commend the manager for making customer satisfaction a top priority. I will now gladly change my two-star rating to a five and mean it. I recommend Dr. Reeferalz because management clearly puts the customer first even when mistakes are made, Nice job, Brad!

Highly recommended! Personable staff, which are considerate to one's needs. Physician is attentive and answered all my questions. Just a piece of advice, be prepared with your medical records. Stop trying to scam the system, this isn't DCS! Be real about your illness and be prepared.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Reeferalzaz. They have a comfortable waiting room and walk-ins are welcome. I would suggest making an appointment, however. Having two doctors on-site is very helpful for those of us who haven't been seen for our condition in over a year. Staff was informative and courteous, and they handle the application process so it's minimal effort on the patient's part. I highly recommend them.
