I came in to this location probably about 2 years ago and purchased a recommendation from this location and lost the recommendation maybe a few weeks later. I called to get a replacement and was told 20 dollars so i went to the location to find out that i had to pay 10 dollars off the full price , I got into an argument with the doctor and ended up leaving due to his shoddy business practice and ended up finding my recommendation a week later . Went into a new dispensary to sign up as a new patient and i was turned down because my recommendation was revoked by the doctor . I Do not recommend this place and warn future patients to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This place was awesome and very organized. Dr. Roberts was great and so was George. After leaving one doctor and coming here, my wait time at Greenview was only 30 minutes. See you next year

The doc was real laid back ,and listened and went through her questionnaire.She and her staff answered all my silly questions. I did not have to wait long at all...AND....there just happens to be a dispensary super close!

Called 45 times can't get anyone to answer the phone, most likely a cell phone as the website says you can text that number, plus it says to bypass the recording press 1 but that just gets you to leave a message. I have a very important matter and if this is the make up of this organization how can I trust them with my health? This type of site and office is why medical marijauna is having such a bad time getting traction. Also why are the hours such as they are? Its as if a stoner created them because the can't get their ass out of bed at a normal time.

I called several times with no answer one time they just left the phone off the hook so I couldn't call again ... I listened to their conversation about being a vegan and drinking milk! I drove down there to find the three receptionists sitting in the corner talking and laughing. I explained the problem I was having with the phones and how it's unprofessional they all rolled their eyes at me and it seemed like I was interrupting their conversation. at one point of the guys looked at me and said "fine what do you want" I told him I was a returning patient, but I would be taking my business elsewhere where I am not an interruption and they are at least somewhat professional.

Nice atmosphere wonderful customer service very professional.
