Dr.Bonanno was super helpful! He was very informative and understanding. His office assistant Melissa was also very kind and answered all my questions before hand as well. I highly recommend them for anyone but especially those with crippling anxiety as they provide the option to do things over text and call in addition to traditional office visits. Great experience!

Dr. Bonanno is patient, understanding, personable and very helpful. I was very skeptical of the process he encourages, but after he took extra time to explain and teach me the approach, I was satisfied. His ability to connect with his patients is unbelievable. He is such a great guy and will get you what you need. He provides advice, inspiration and multiple outlets and contacts for support. I cannot say enough good things about him. He did the diagnosis on me and yes he did charge $175.00 but it was well worth it. He was able to help me through my issues by finding out it's root cause and he was able to refer me to a doctor who was able to help me with my card. Now, I am 100% legal. The process does cost money but you can't keep on buying the meds without a prescription and think that there will be no consequences. Doctors like Dr.Bonanno tries to help, but there are just these people who don't understand how things work. Ignorance of the law doesn't save you from it.
He is charging $175 for JUST a PTSD diagnosis!!!! SUCH A RIP OFF! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR MEDICINE!!! There is a drs office on Weston St in Hartford that can diagnose your PTSD AND write a medical certification for you for only $200!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY GRAB!!!!!!
