I recently switched pain management doctors and I must say the nurse receptionist Twinnie Xu is so caring understanding professional and patience when it comes to dealing with me and my problems she expedited all my concerns and problems I had and put my mind at ease she definitely knows her job and is a big asset to Hudson medical

Hudson spine Dr. Kuo is fantastic. He is patient and knowledgeable with what he does. I have been with him since the beginning 7 years if not more. His old time employees are the best! Theresa Rizzo and Twinnie Xu are one of a kind true hearts. They respect you the patient and treat you with white gloves. Theresa has always been helpful with the billing and explaining the break down of the charges. As for Twinnie I have no words to express my appreciation for her. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She understands the importance of dedicated, faithful patients. She understands that I have been with Dr Kuo for so long and really does help me out all the time. She never argues with anyone. Works with a smile and completes every task no matter the time. The new young staff really needs to be trained better. They should take lessons from Twinnie. Make her office manager to teach them to be patient, customer is always right don’t argue, keep their word and how to follow up. Teach the young generation that we as patients have a rapport with the doctor and the office. Ladies Theresa and Twinnie keep up the good work. Dr Kuo you are amazing at what you do.
