The secretary Brenda is highly incompetent and follows zero privacy laws. The wait is ridiculous long and doesn't correlate the scheduled times and the reason given " we aren't a normal clinic." They don't put a label on collected samples and as a result, there is a chance for specimens to be mixed up, as clients leave them in a 'red' basket and they aren't collected before the next customer proceeds to bathroom.
