Garfield is an evenly balanced hybrid strain (50% indica/50% sativa) created through crossing the potent Orange Cookies X Alien Life Form strains. Named for the classic cartoon cat, Garfield will have you feeling lazy and lethargic with a hankering for lasagna or anything else that looks remotely tasty. The high will settle in slowly, beginning with a happy boost that inches its way into your brain. As your happiness grows, you'll find that a calming sense of bliss settles in, leaving you a bit heady but totally happy. A sociable boost sometimes accompanies this heady state, getting you chatting with those around you, although you'll find that focus doesn't come easily. A ravenous case of the munchies will round things out, leaving you reaching for anything in sight to quell your uncontrollable hunger. With these effects and its super high 24-25% average THC level, Garfield is often chosen to treat a variety of conditions including chronic pain, chronic stress, depression or mood swings and appetite loss or nausea. This bud has a sweet and citrusy lemon orange flavor with hints of spicy black pepper upon exhale. The aroma is very similar, with a zesty peppery-lemon overtone accented by earthy herbs and spices. Garfield buds have dense and fluffy, dark olive green nugs with thin, red-orange hairs, deep purple undertones and chunky, dark purple-tinted white crystal trichomes.

I cleaned-out a local shop of this strain. As a long-time space cadet, this is currently my absolute favorite.. (For me) this strain works Every Time & Is long lasting. There is a particular head intensity that keeps the world Interesting and funny, may cause arousal, and with a light upper chest hug that won't slow you down. It's an all around Keeper & not a Creeper!.
