Trainwreck was crossed with Afgooey to create this sativa-indica hybrid (the exact ratio of sativa to indica is unclear, but it's probably indica-dominant). The bud is reddish brown, with green and a fuzzy layer of trichomes. Gooey Wreck has a citrus aroma and a sweet flavor. It's definitely a rarity, probably found in few places except the West Coast. THC levels are unknown, though this isn't known as the world's most potent strain. CBD levels are likewise a mystery, but there's little evidence that this is an appropriate strain for patients with seizure disorders or other conditions alleviated by CBD. The high from Gooey Wreck is relaxing, with a likely focus on body effects as opposed to cerebral effects. It's apparently best used to treat physical symptoms, including inflammation, migraines, and chronic pain. Adverse effects may include dry eyes and dry mouth, though there are few reports on the subject. It may be possible to find this medical strain in some California dispensaries, but elsewhere it's pretty rare.
