i smoked this for the first time over the weekend and got the best night sleep that i have had i quite a while!! I took 4 good puffs and went to bed to watch tv and then it was la la land for me. My husband asked me in the morning how good my sleep was and began to tell me how loudly i snored. Maybe the only downside. lol But when i woke up i was ready to go, i had a ton of energy and got alot accomplished. I have problems sleeping, a ton of stress, anxiety, and depression and it has helped with all of that. I forgot to mention, i have idiopathic nueropathy (which means its not caused by anything else) in my feet that cause numbness, tingling, sharp stabbing pain, electrocution feelings like a stuck my foot in an electrical socket and other not fun foot pain.

Smoked cement shoes flower before bed. I was stuck for a good 45 minutes. It was very relaxing. I recommend to anyone suffering from insomnia.

Having just finished a single dab of 710 Lab’s Cement Shoes full spectrum sauce, this is some very high quality product. The flavor is fucking amazing, the high is very intense, and it only takes a tiny dab. I need to go find this strain in some fresh flower.
