So far just 1 bowl in an it has good taste, goes down smooth an so far has felt some help with some medical issues I experience. Probably before long will get ready for round 2. Should drift off after a bit once 2nd bowl is gone. Definetly relax an be bit more comfortable have less touretts ticks in form of neck twitches.
