Kung Pow, also sometimes called “Kong Pow,” is an indica dominant hybrid strain created through a five-way cross of the potent Skunk #1 X Victor Baarm X Tahoe Blue X Heavenly X Green Dragon strains. This bud is extremely hard to come by outside of Seattle, although it's sought after for its heavy-hitting full body stone. The high hits you hard with an almost immediate happy uplifted effect that launches your mind into hazy introspection. As this state builds, you'll become helplessly stoned, spacey, and distant. This effect will slowly ebb throughout the rest of your body, dropping you into a sleepy state of sedation that lasts for hours on end. Because of its powerful full-body effects and its high 18% average THC level, Kung Pow is said to be perfect for treating conditions such as chronic pain, nerve damage, muscle spasms, and chronic stress or anxiety. This bud has bright and fluffy nugs with orange hairs and a frosty coating of golden crystal trichomes. The Kung Pow flavor is very fruity with a lemon lime overtone accented by rich mocha and berry. The aroma is slightly pungent with a smell of black coffee topped with dark chocolate and spicy earth.
