Heavy Bud is a rare 100% pure indica hybrid strain created with unknown parentage due to a high level of breeder secrecy, although it is thought to be related to Big Bud. I just finished Jaring up fourteen ounces of heavy bud that was sun grown in 5 gallons of living soil. This was an easy trouble-free outdoor grow in the great basin area, 5000' feet elevation, in our short growing season. I topped only once early in the growing cycle, and let her do her thing. A tall growing plant with a neat and tidy structure. This phenotype displayed classic hybrid vigor and developed massive straight colas. This cultivar is a very powerful indica, and easy to overdo. It packs a respectful wallop to the back of the skull, and I could feel any ambition to get anything productive done to drain out of me, after half a reefer. I would not recommend this particular strain to new cannabis users, as I'm a grizzled weed veteran, and it knocked my dick into the dirt.
