DTLA OG is a sativa dominant hybrid strain (70% sativa/30% indica) created through an unknown combination of other hybrid strains, although it is thought to be related to the classic OG Kush strain. This bright sativa offers a happy, energizing high with a surprisingly sleepy comedown that can leave you dozing. The DTLA OG high will hit you almost immediately, bursting into your brain and activating your senses with a lifted clarity and motivation. As the high continues, a subtle tingle will begin to build behind the eyes, eventually taking hold of your mind with a stoney, heady turn that leaves you a little out of touch with reality. You can get a bit sleepy at this point, so beware of your dosage if you have plans or things to get done. In combination with its moderately high 16-17% average THC level, these effects make DTLA OG a great option for treating chronic pain, insomnia, cramps or muscle spasms and arthritis. This bud has a sweet and spicy menthol tobacco flavor with hints of flowery herbs and a hint of earthiness.
