Harlesin is a rare sativa dominant hybrid (80% sativa/20% indica) strain created through crossing the infamous Harlequin with the relaxing ACDC strain. This bud is most famous for its super high 3:2 CBD:THC ratio, which typically hits about 10-15% CBD to 5-8% THC on average. Very good stain very medical works great for pain anxiety stress very relaxing mellow light buzz love this strain no negative effects at all I highly recommend this strain

Excellent strain for anxiety, took a little bit to come on, but once it did my shoulder muscles relaxed and I felt a calm come over me. Definitely not a cerebral high, but full body relaxation. Can’t say that I felt energized, although that probably depends on what time it’s smoked and individual chemistry.
