Oregon Silver Haze is a heavily sativa dominant hybrid (90% sativa/10% indica) strain that's a special Oregon cut of the infamous Silver Haze strain, a cross of Northern Lights X Skunk #1. Although hard to come by at most dispensaries, Oregon Silver Haze is one potent bud that you'll need in your arsenal if you're a sativa lover who appreciates classic Haze flavor. The high starts with an energetic boost that leaves you feeling euphoric and uplifted with a sense of ease. As this state builds, a laser-sharp feeling of focus will wash over you, leaving you able to hone in on anything around you. You won't feel anxious in this state, unless you toke a little too much at once. Because of these effects and its powerful 20-26% average THC level, Oregon Silver Haze is said to be perfect for treating a variety of conditions including chronic pain, insomnia, chronic stress, inattentiveness, and depression. This bud has piecey long minty green nugs with dark orange hairs and a frosty thick coating of white crystal trichomes. Oregon Silver Haze. Beautiful frosty sparkling nugs. Sweet smell kind of a sweet sage, touch of earthy wood. Very similar to Northern Lights #5. The inhale struck me as woodsy and Floral then sweet. Somewhat hard-hitting took me by surprise and got a cough out of me. Not a big complaint but I do prefer a smooth hitter over hard. First noticeable feeling: Some relaxation behind the eyes followed by some inspired thoughts to contact friends about ideas of growing weed. Energy has definitely zoomed into the picture and I wrote my friend a nice paragraph. Lol A fair amount of focus but not so much the clearest I've had. Probably the NL5 genes. NL5 is one of the best strains in the world when done correctly. Even though I'm not an Indica fan. Definitely feeling pretty chill and groovy as things wind down. Overall this is a very enjoyable. 8.5 out of 10. Great to see NL5 genetics in a Sativa dominant hybrid. Personally I like a touch more clarity but this is a minor complaint. A touch more happiness would be nice to. Also too hard-hitting for my taste and give me a bad case of the munchies which is an effect I can live without. I've often found that I'm not the biggest fan of the Skunk high either. Great close to top shelf smoke. You might like more than me.

It is my absolute favorite. Chronic pain, insomnia, & other health challenges countered by this strain. The taste and aroma is amazing as well as the appearance.

I really loved this strain. I've been smoking for around 20 yrs off and on and have just recently within the last few years gotten really in to the science behind cannabis. I also play music as part of my living. The above description of OSH is pretty spot on. Super heady yet super clear and super focused. And creativity is boosted so much, Happy and uplifted high without the anxiety and I have anxiety issues...Wiped out stress. Headaches are a memory. Be prepared to eat. I was ravenous. After the initial high and surge (which lasted about an hour) you slowly come down to an even, calm, super peaceful plain that lasts another hour or two depending on dose. Excellent strain and would totally recommend. If you can find this, buy enough to stash as this one doesn't come around too often.
