Sour Tangie is a sativa dominant hybrid (80% sativa/20% indica) strain created as a cross of the hugely popular East Coast Sour Diesel X Tangie strains. Like its parent strains, this bud is most infamous for its insanely mouthwatering flavor. Sour Tangie has a smell of pungent sour citrus that has an earthy diesel bouquet as the bud is smoked. The taste is of sour earthy citrus that has a sharp pungent diesel aftertaste upon exhale that intensifies as you smoke. Sour Tangie buds have medium-sized grape-shaped dark olive green nugs with bright surprisingly pink undertones, rich purple hairs, and a frosty layer of lavender hued fine crystal trichomes. The Sour Tangie high boasts a combination of indica and sativa effects that are powered by a relatively high THC level that falls up to 22% on average. The high starts with an elevating head buzz that jolts you with motivated energy and a slight sense of focus. This head high is accompanied by a relaxing and warming body buzz that lulls you into a state of lethargy and ease that doesn't quite put you to sleep or cause couch-lock. Excellent Sativa. Great with a cup of coffee and a friend. Not too strong, so you can function.

Sour Tangie is, by far, the most effective strain I have ever tried for treating my chronic pain and fatigue. I'm a cannabis micro-doser. I add just 2 drops of this strain from a syringe to a bowl of batter to make an 8" x 8" pan of brownies, of which one 1.5" brownie is sufficient to induce a tremendous state of well-being and, if not eliminate my pain, reduce its sensation to negligible. This allows me to actually feel nearly "normal"! Normal for me is energetic and productive. The ONLY PROBLEM I have with Sour Tangie is *availability* to buy it, as in LACK OF. I can't adequately express my frustration at having found a strain that is so incredibly compatible with my needs and my not being able to buy it anywhere!! What is up with that?! Honestly, I've tried a variety of other strains in its place, but I've yet to discover one that has the same affect on me. I hope to be able to buy some plants to grow the next and, God willing, last house I relocate to, with the goal of not being forced to search high and low for a source from which I can obtain product made from this strain.

This Cresco brand was more of an Heavy Indica ....mostly....but had a Sativa awakeness

Delicious sativa, smells and tastes kinda like a citric rubber, kinda spicy. effects were on point, leavces your brain floating and in a creative mood. more leaning sativa hybrid. with good medication you can feel a great couch lock and body relaxation, no problems with this flower having nigh seshs, but it is more of a wake n bake or afternoon seshs due to his sativa leaning side. a perfect pick if you looking for classic sativas flowers, got the chance of trying it and it didnt dissapoint.

The strain information is spot on though it feels more like a 60/40 hybrid especially when the relaxation kicks in. It will definitely put you in a great mood!

Very clear-headed, energetic & happy buzz After a hit or two it relaxed and grounded me. Not a sleepy buzz. Good for ADHD / Focusing / Studying in small-medium amounts

The main thing this strain does for me is elevate my mood which is great for depression. I can also accomplish things also. Great wake and bake or anytime I am feeling down.

Very nice strain. Very nice flavor. Head high was fantastic along with a nice relaxed body. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is ... sour tangie is not a good "out in public strain" it heightens the senses extremely well but can be easily over the top when in social situations. I'd get it again though :-)
