I use this product for the inside of both my knees (bone on bone) before hockey and cross country skiing. It is magic. Yes, the smell is a bit strong - but I can live with that. I have sourced alternatives from other suppliers without the smell, but they don't provide the relief this product does. Unfortunate that it is out of stock quite frequently - check before you head out there...
