I took this hoping to sleep better two separate times. One was just insomnia and once when I had to get a root canal. The first time, When it kicked in, my body started to hurt and I felt like everything was hypersensitive to any pain or discomfort I had. I thought maybe it was a fluke so but the second time it made things hurt so much worse than they already did I wanted to die for a moment. Eventually I did fall asleep but it was a miserable experience before hand.
