Green Hills Patient Center

Been going here since the first opening. Yesterday 4/20/23 was a bad day. I was in the first 50 in line to get their supposed grab bag, when I was at the counter purchasing product, I noticed two employees handing out the bags going through a bag, taking things out. Didn't think much of it but, when one brought a bag and said let's get you yours, I happened to look in the gift bag and it had one shirt a box with nothing in it and a few trinkets. I knew it had been tampered with. When I left I ask another customer what they got in their bag. It had all kinds of sty. Not as mine did. I spend a lot of $ there weekly and to have this happen on 420 shows the lack of professionalism. Same old same old green hills.

The ppl that work at this business are the rudest and most hostile control freaks I have ever encountered! The manager of the Show Low store jerked me around for over a week, on the pretense of helping me get established as a new patient. NOW, they have announced they are not accepting new patients during this fake virus BS. If you have established yourself as a "PREFERRED" customer, no worries; otherwise, you are screwed. This is not operated like a pharmacy, it's an effing joke!!! Control is more important than helping ppl. The abused will remember this when the fake virus is all over and they will wonder where all of their customers went. "Drive to Payson," a 3 1/2 hour drive from Show Low; they didn't offer to pay for the gas, however. Hostile and nasty employees.

The dispensary employees were nice n helpful, didn't have to wait long, was quality customer service n product, totally recommend for other card holders!

Today I came into the dispensary checked in and was told it was a half hour wait I came back 5 minutes after they called my name which was 20 minutes later...I come back with food and a drink and I get kicked out for the day.... bunch of clowns this is not a restaurant its a pharmacy You do not have good customer service for kicking me out for getting food instead of standing in the corner for a half hour....thanks guys also staff members yelling at each other anf making fun of each other is bad for business

I moved all the way from the Carolinas ( Beach ) to become a GREEN HILLS PATIENT..jerry, mark,mike,dana and steve..all have done a gr8 job-since im a burn out they always remind me to use points an spin the wheel, yea flower can be dry but quality and selection make up for that..many products not available elsewhere.The staff's knowledge off medicine is over the top text alerts have saved me thousands.

The people that work here are the best! The flower purchased has been top notch all of the way (and I purchased the low end flower). Keep up the good work for supplying good quality medicine for a fair price.

Im a little unhappy that ALOof the good deals are between specific times. For instance, tomorrow is 4/20 and they have a great deal. $4.20gs. However its only running from 10am-1pm.. Truly that is a complete disapointment. What about the patients that work until 4pm but come in daily spending $?! Not cool man
