Coastal Green Cannabis Dispensary (Dunsmuir St.)

I had a really disappointing experience at Coastal Green and honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked in, the service felt off. The staff came across as uninterested and unhelpful, like customers were more of a nuisance than anything else. I tried asking a couple of basic questions and was met with short, dismissive responses that didn’t help at all. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the overall vibe just felt unwelcoming. There was no effort to create a positive customer experience—no friendliness, no engagement, nothing. It’s frustrating because you expect at least a basic level of respect and professionalism when you’re spending your money somewhere. There are plenty of other places in Vancouver that actually value their customers and treat people properly. I’d strongly suggest going somewhere else instead of wasting your time here. Definitely a one-star experience for me.

Don't go here , I refuse to support someone who can't take some other customers feedback, let alone having the owner wrongfully accusing me of being the one who left the "review". For me thats not business like nor is it customer friendly , this owner needs to relax and smoke a joint, its okay buddy we all get bad feedback once in a while its how you handle it that matters, unfortunately for this guy trevor he just cares for himself obviously and not about the customers.
