From the moment you walk in, the aroma of quality marijuana and great music welcome you. Everyone that works there is happy to help with information on whatever selections you’ve made. The staff is upbeat and positive, with lots of suggestions for future purchases based on your needs. The pharmacy is first rate and the pharmacists seem to know every patient by name. It’s like the Cheers of dispensaries! They also have a great selection of non medical paraphernalia to facilitate medication storage and administration. I love going to PW of CT for all my medication needs 😊

I am new to this facility. All health professionals should visit here and see how people are treated. The place is immaculate and the staff is caring, knowledgeable and courteous. They really care about you, from the receptionist to the pharmacy manager. If you go here you will see I am accurate.

I think the products are great. The service is good too! Most the budtenders I spoke to though really didn’t have great knowledge of the strains other than what they are told from the producers. Would be good to have someone there who has more knowledge. Some are not too friendly but maybe they are told to just do the job and not interact overly with patients. I think their prices are fair.....it takes time to grow this specific business so in time I think they will get better. It’s close to my home, easy in and out, so I’m happy with it so far. I would not switch to another dispensary unless there was a big issue. So far, so good....the owner is great, friendly, upbeat....I completely disagree with the review here that says he’s like a used car salesman.....that’s rubbishy....I didn’t get that feeling at all. I support what they are doing and it’s helped me a lot with my cancer issues....,thank you PW.....

Excellent dispensary and an awesome staff.

Friendly, good service, good selection I guess. I don't like the selection of edibles compared to the ones I saw in Colorado, but I guess they've had more time to get their act together. I'm a little irritated that their prices for the same stuff are a couple dollars higher than Arrow in Hartford, only thing that keeps me from going there is my anxiety on from the highway

I love Prime Wellness! I recently just started and transferred from the healing corner due to location, they have the same exact products and the prices are pretty much the same. All the staff at Prime are pretty knowledgeable, there are some staff members that are patients, which is super helpful when i am looking for that personal experience with a product and I'm pretty sure I met a patient liaison that pretty much spends her days advocating for patients rights and attending legislative hearings. Everytime I go in I have a good experience. And the owner is fantastic too, made me feel super comfortable and welcome!

I live in Vernon and travel to The Healing Corner in Bristol for my medication. Prime wellness is out of their minds with their high prices and poor choices.

The mmj program in ct is shit. The quality is questionable for the most part. I've had wax from thereplant that started popping and catching fire in my vap. I believe it had something to do with the terps they add to the wax. I believe the terps are extracted through a distilation process and thereplant doesn't always seem to do a good job of purifying their product. Agl puts decent products out but the price is high for strains I wouldn't say came from elite level cuttings. I'm not super impressed with prime wellness unlike 98% of the reviews I see. The staff is pleasant for the most part, I do get a used car salesman vibe from the owner. I get the impression from the employees that they are not heavy marijuana users, which is someone I would like to have work in a marijuana store so they can give good advice. I would also like to see these stores advocate for the patients. Help support lower prices state wide, more growers, better quality, allow patients to grow there own meds. I only had a second to write a couple things down but really people need to complain because this mmj program, the quality, price and rules of this program really are second rate compared with the medical programs of surrounding states.
