Trulieve - Brooksville

I am very disappointed in the Brooksville location I have reached out to the manager name Phil or Philip went over everything in detail with him he was going to call me and he never did I believe that somebody or multiple people there are stealing because every month I have kept my receipts and it is different from what I have ordered versus what I have gotten versus what they say they have given me there is a thief or multiple thieves in their location and I am calling the cops and I am reporting them to the state of Florida this is not only happen once it is happened twice two months in a row and cannot get any answers from anybody there

I've visited Trulieve's Brooksville dispensary multiple times, and it's always a great experience. Every staff member with whom I've interacted has been pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the security guards to the salesfolks in the back. Among the great staff, though, there's an exceptional standout: Brea! Always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, Brea's advice and suggestions are consistently right on target. I appreciate Trulieve, the Brooksville dispensary, and--especially--Brea!! Thanks!!

So dissapointed, in the beginning they had a few strands ,now web site messed up, they never have enough of everything expecialy flower and the minnis that us broke folk can afford. I hope they shape up cause their employees are wonderful and is convenient being 5 min from my house.

Great people, very tuned - in, Ive been to quite a few in Florida, Nevada, Oklahoma and Michigan. My friends in Brooksville are some of the best.
