Absolutely horrible experience! I am a new patient and the way that I was treated by the AGM Michael Rivera was despicable. Something so simple turned into a three hour ordeal and A DELAY IN PATIENT CARE!! He told one of his employees to come tell me while he sat in his office that he was not going to speak with me any further about the situation, just to call my phone ten minutes later repeatedly! And he only called me to then try to "talk" because I said I was calling corporate! He was rude, never expressed any empathy, and just a disgusting person!! I will never be back to this location, I will drive the additional 20 minutes to go to the location in Sanford! Literally, my situation could have been resolved by just suggesting I go to a different location since they were having IT issues. HE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO TOUCH MEDICATIONS AGAIN OR INTERACT WITH ANY CUSTOMERS! He deserves to stay in the back so no one should ever have the displeasure of being in his presence because he doesn't want to help you anyways.
