Made an order @ the Sarasota Beneva location. Get the text it's filled and ready for pick-up, so I get dressed and off to trulieve I go and even Expressed it so the wait wouldn't be long. Well, it was long and after I mentioned it to the guy who was calling people back that people were going ahead of me that were definitely not there before me he says my order is lost!! HOW DO YOU LOSE AN ORDER THAT WAS JUST FILLED? The sad part was no manager came to try and make it right???? That kind of service is why I stopped shopping there to begin with and Wow what can I say?

This location is safe with friendly staff and guards. Especially the Ginger guard! It is a very clean environment. The people who work in the dispensary with special call outs to Smiling Niki, Information Toni, Patient Andrew S. and kind Willie. Customer Service is understanding and stands behind their guarantees. If you are a new patient don't hesitate to come in and bring your comfort dog.

I’ve been going to this location for 2 years and I can honestly say their customer service is wonderful! They have good stock and wait times are nice as well. I especially love Shawn, he treats me kindly and with respect. You can’t go wrong with this location or anyone who works here!

This is a phenomenal location, definitely a hidden gem. Wait times are usually short 1hr before close, and their customer service is great. Tony and his team are great!
