VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, and guess what, Trulieve DOES NOT CARE.
Online ordering is a nightmare, cannot get what you want or need. They hold everything for walk ins. Today they just lost my order and made me get to the end of the line, then only had more expensive items available. They do nothing to try and rectify the situation, or try to compensate for "their" mistake. Most companies will offer you a discount, match a lower price, give you a free t-shirt. Something, Anything, to make a customer happy. Not these guys! It's TOO BAD, SO SAD. WE DON'T GIVE A blank about you, we have so much money we don't have to.
