Trulieve - West Palm Beach

Went here today for a quick pick up order and the associate attending to me was Johnnyyy witch was probably about my 3rd time dealing with him he’s honestly the one the best there always supper Friendly with me and gives me great customer service and always gives me His honest opinion when I ask him for recommendations on options of what I should get and most importantly he always gets me in and out of there within a timely manner and if I need to add something to my order it’s never an issue I really appreciate the great customer service I get from him and I look forward to dealing with him again on my next pick up orders in the future.

I was at trulieve west palm beach this was my first trip there I was paired up with Erik . I explained my medical condition and what I was trying to accomplish . Erik listened to my concerns he took the time to show me different products and explained them to me and how they work I wasn't impressed with his knowledge . I bought four products to try and I will definitely will be back . Erik knows what he's talking and was patient with me as I am clueless and had a lot of questions .Thank You Erik The employee's are very friendly clean environment and yes they practice social distancing .Thank You Trulieve

I have never been disappointed with anything that I have purchased from Trulieve. The employees are friendly and helpful! Unlike the people at most supermarkets, who act like you are disturbing them when you ask a question. I need strong product to fight the phantom pain that I feel in my amputated legs, and herniated disks. I can relax and get some sleep. My pain management doctor was surprised when I told them I no longer need to take opioids, since Trulieve opened my dispensary! Much of the flower at Trulieve is too powerful to smoke in a joint, it's just a waste of weed. A small pea sized nug or two of the good stuff is enough to accomplish my desired effect. I don't want to think about my life without ganja! I'm so glad that they have made Medical Marijuana legal, so that I no longer need to hide my behavior from friends, family and neighbors. Thanks!

This dispensary hands down is the best around. They are friendly, have comfortable seating and get you in quick. Once inside, the great service continues. Highly recommended.
