review of satan’s medical weed…I have gone to here since I moved to the area and have been , scammed, , bought what was super premium turned out to have more seeds than an everything bagel, yet on top of the horrible attitudes of the employees, the dishonesty of the employees. On my way there I called got a hold of the manager told me that they would allow me to buy my order as long as I was there by close. I arrived thirty minutes before close. Only problem was I opened the store doors & was greeted by a MAN-BU wearing hipster douchebag. Since he is a hipster douchebag he had to have to 50 year old security guard to stop my right to purchase my order because of my being there thirty minutes before closing and the blessing of his boss. The the hipster douchebag refused to let me get my order. He lied through his teeth saying that by state law they could not allow any transactions before closing because it would mess up the state of Fl tax collection. I told him that he was indeed lying about the law & that his store manager had even told me to come get it. I was in the process of calling the store manager when he had the rental cop push me out the door JUST AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO MUV, FLUENT, OR SURTERRA(HECK ANYWHERE BUT TRULIEVE) MMJ USERS OF FL UNITE BOYCOTT TRULIEVE

They did a bait and switch on Pineapple Upside Down Cake, ordered a higher THC level, received a lower level THC with an offer to buy the higher THC when it came in - at a discount. Last 4 orders were incorrect, all but the last one was fixed by giving a discount or refunding award points. However, the last order my points were taken instead of giving me the flash sale that was another 10%. In store staff act like they are doing you a favor, condescending. No response to letter or emails. Seven phone calls, all placating and never took action to resolve the order.

I have the pleasure of traveling to see family in FL. I have been to several other dispensaries but I always come back to Trulieve. This location is great, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have all the best to be had and give you honest feedback.
