My review is something serious to talk about it's called these people who we spend our hard working money with r no better than da man an women who r doing time for selling weed why? Yall raise a price almost a hundred dollars an no comments r saying or expressing first thing yall will say every one else is true b better an during da most hardest times in our life dam win it was illegal weed was 200 now it's legal 180 we r so stupid stand up for your money

This dispensary is absolutely fabulous! The customer service is stellar, the product is mind blowingly good 🤯😁 You can tell the employees genuinely enjoy helping you find the right strain for your needs. If I could give them a better rating I would 🥰

Once, I had a problem with a vape pen, it was handled quickly, professionally, and with a smile. The products they have are consistently of very good quality. I would like them to have a scale (I got accustomed to weighing out ounces back in the '70s). The "bud tenders" are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I wish more focus was made on finding the best bud for what your medical condition is, and not on "best buzz/ popular product.

I have been a patient at Maine Organic Therapy for a long time. I'm an older local, so I originally went there because of the privacy of the location. They were very proud of their discretion and privacy IN THE BEGINNING. Now I think they were only proud of it because it's the only place the city would let them open shop... a real "marketing" strategy. Now in Maine, however, recreation use is likely becoming legal, and MOT has thrown away patient privacy and moved to the busiest street in ellsworth, a town which typically has a mile of backed up traffic from tourists four months of the year. Not only is the location directly on the busiest street, but you're locked out of the building, forced to stand outside in a line as the the city and all tourists drive by and gawk. When they moved locations, they sold out all their patients they promised privacy to, choosing this location just so they can get the tourist's money. This is great if you're a tourist, but not if your one of the patients they promised privacy and discretion to. I really thought that these people got into marijuana to help people, but it's clear that it's only themselves they wish to help. MOT is yet another tremendous disappointment.

Much fairer pricing than the other places I've been to.
