Hands down the BEST dispensary in Santa Fe. Knowledgeable, professional, laid back, and super nice people... And the products are exemplary. They are helpful and kind, and never rush you. They even remember me by name even when I haven't been there for a couple of months! The atmosphere is gentle, welcoming, and aromatic 😊... My favorite edibles (and drinkables, and capsules) all come from here. Prerolls are excellent and their Bud is always SUPERIOR. If you live in Santa Fe, this is your must go to dispensary. I scrolled down and read a couple of the negative comments, but I'm wondering if they work for a competing dispensary, because nothing they said rang true. I've recommended New Mexicann to numerous folks, and they all love it here... and love the products. Try it... you will not be sorry.

the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell. i enjoy talking to them about all of the products they have. i have been told that now that they have moved locations (call them for hours and the new location, this site has bad info on it!), they are going to be creating a lot more products to eat, tinctures and more. i cant wait to try them. the gluten free oatmeal cookie is tasty(30mg indica per cookie). half a cookie for me is enough to sleep well through the night. i recommend trying a "honey pot" tincture and the canna balm. i will go back again soon.

Being a patient who suffers from severe anxiety and epileptic seizures that can be triggered by stress. I have to say that in my case, I haven't had the best interactions with staff at New Mexicann. Some of their bud tenders are awesome people, but there seems to be some disconnection between management and the bud tenders. I had brought my concerns about customer service issues to the manager and nothing was done about it. Even the response I recieved would have been considered unprofessional by any medical office standards. That's their con: they suck at customer service, and until they fix the management issue in Santa Fe; I won't be going back. She doesn't make me feel comfortable in her own store! It's very important for my condition to have a relaxing, non-stress atmosphere. Having also been to all of the dispensaries in New Mexico myself I have to say my best customer service experience has been at Sacred Garden. they have the best customer service!!!!

this is one of the better dispensaries in New Mexico that I have been to and I have been to all of them in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. the management takes the time to care for the client and discover their needs. they have great products and the staff will inform you to make sure you are comfortable with your purchases. everyone here is always cheerful and trying to make you feel relaxed. they are at the ready with any information or reading material the client may want and they seem to personalize their service to the client. I have post traumatic stress disorder and it's very difficult for me to come into town, the staff here makes it very easy for me. its in a great locale it is great parking great employees that make you feel good which is part of the experience correct? I think so. I can spend my money in any dispensary they all have good product, but this is a good place this staff does everything to make sure Im comfortable with my purchase and I will highly recommend it

They really don't care much about you as a patient, they just want your money. They have a blonde manager, she is one lf the rudest people I have ever met. She must be married to someone or part of the family because I know multiple people have complained about her and they still haven't fired her. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here, there are places that treat you way better. It's sad, the Santa Fe location has so much potential but she brings down the atmosphere. The staff is great, but she will interupt your 'private' transaction or consultation anytime she wants. It's not worth my money, I'll continue to take my business and reccomend people elsewhere. Way better customer service and buds at Sacred Garden or Minerva. New Mexicann will continue to fail to gain some new patients until her attitude problem is fixed, why would you spend your money anywhere where someone treats you like that? Trust me - GO ELSEWHERE!
