Responding to the review: Hi Hunter Kurtz, let’s be clear—this situation wasn’t about a "power trip." You were repeatedly hostile and disrespectful to our staff over a very simple policy: providing your ID upon every visit, which is a legal requirement. Instead of following this rule like every other customer, you chose to be rude and combative toward our employees.
Our team treats customers with respect, but we also expect the same in return. After multiple incidents, we made the decision to refuse service, not because of a bad attitude from our staff, but because of your inappropriate behavior.
We have zero tolerance for hostility towards our employees. If you can’t respect our team and the policies we must follow, then you’re not welcome in our stores.
