Long time shopper here. Have had my change sorted on numerous occasions. Given product I did not ask for. And on this newest occasion showed them a picture of what I wanted. They got it wrong but because it was in a bag already I did not notice until I got home. Simply went to ask about what the policy was and got so much grief from the manager. As soon as I mentioned I was going to post a review online he offered me $25 against it. Horrible customer service, don't know anything about the product they are selling, and will rip you off with change if you're not paying attention, you have to check your receipt and your change every time.

Very polite staf, great products and reasonable prices. I recently moved to the area and I have to admit, Their product is very good quality. Prices are comparable to the eastern side of the state. I am a medical consumer and their quality closely compares to medical grade that I'm used to. Thank you guys very much.

I love, love, love this place!!!!! You can't find the quality of bud they have here for the price they have ANYWHERE else. Been to other local spots that were ok but that's about it. The best thing is they are on the street now which is easier to get to and they have a really cool glass shop next to them that's filled with tons of head shop nick nacks!!!! Definitely check it out

I'm from the east side of the state and any time I go over to the west side this is one of my favorite and always must to stop at! everyone is welcoming and they are great help and know their products! the prices are good and they have amazing specials. I send all my friends and family to them when they are in the area.

Staff is perfectly capable and delivers on customer service. Location is odd. Products are better than average, mostly from northern Western WA growers. Prices are high period. Edibles are extremely too high, same with flowers, but at least the quality is there. Honestly I will go to Everett to save $25 on the 2 edibles I get in quantity if I have time. If not then I head to kropz because of it's location.

Third time user and probably won't return. Granted, I know nothing about marijuana. However, I just bought my third ever purchase from this outlet. So, so very disappointed. My original (1st ever purchase) from the evening employees was for a strain with a total of 7.88% THC and 10% CBD's. this was a very excellent product for me as I use it on very few occasions for sleep and stress. The second time I came in during the daytime with my little labeled bag in hand for an example of what I wanted/looking for, they sold me a brand with 52.48% THC and .20% CBD. Needless to say I was sick to my stomach for days! So, again in went in this week, same thing! Had my little bag in hand to prevent the previous error and again I was sold a strain with 28.5% THC and 41.40% CBD' again sick to my stomach for 2 days. I guess I need to learn more about marijuana myself as the day time staff obviously doesn't care or take the time to actually provide customer service. Also, the young lady who helped me asked a young man what I should have and he told her what I should have without once looking at my packaging. I not sure I will go there again. Hire a new daytime crew or EDUCATE THEM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

These guys are great! Knowledgeable...Very friendly I'm new and had only been to one other dispensary...which was nice but not friendly NO IDEA where to start as I needed pain and sleep relief They have been wonderful from the beginning...I will never go anywhere else! If there were a 6 star rating they would get one
