Old Toby is a great name. The staff are polite and courteous. They have always treated me well, with a smile. I recommend Old Toby with two thumbs up.

I just called this shop and had the best customer service experience ever, Alyssa was so polite and professional it was a delight to speak with them. They were very informative and didn’t hesitate to help me find the best product to fit my needs. 100/10 stars!

Sucks! The people don't know their products or how to use their equipment! The last 3 times I've gone into the shop, they argue with me about what I want and when they do have what I need, they can't sell it to me, cuz it's not in their computer! This used to be my go to, no longer.

This place sucks! Every time we have gone in here over the past two and a half years we are treated like crap: the young women are rude, don’t know the basics of their job, and tell us simply that they don’t have what we came in for. They don’t apologize for the inconvenience and offer a similar item. They just stare at us with peevish looks on their faces.
