Love it alot best store ever good customer service, and the security access it's very professional.

Good: Awesome flower prices!!! Decent selections. Not so good: layout makes it difficult to see shelves and product. Menu is often inaccurate, online does not match in store inventories. Bud tenders... I agree in part with other reviews, have not had consistent service... Anything from top notch, (won't say names, but I will say "you go girl") to, poor attitude and "greeting" customers with a face that says "I really couldn't give a shi7"... If you research the menu and call to ask if the item is in stock then it makes it easier and a better experience for seasoned tokers. And as for tips... A tip is given for exceptional service. If I didn't leave a tip (almost never) it was because of the aforementioned "Not so good".

Never had a problem here. I might ask some of the others here with bad-tudes: anybody tried tipping them? they are "Budtenders" just like a 'bar tender' who get tips, shouldn't they get tips also? I mean, a couple bucks or Keep the change, goes along way toward getting what your wanting. Maybe if all gave a buck or two every time they bought something, all would benefit? thanks

Highway 7 is close to my home, so I naturally frequent the store out of convienience. With that said, I have had nothing but good experiences here. I buy almost ALL my weed from this establishment. Most of the staff are well versed in "weedology". The staff also takes their time in answering questions and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I would suggest ignoring any weed advice from the chick employees though. Choose their line only if you know what you're there for. The store is always clean and they have great deals. I consistently walk out of there spending less on good weed than I expected. I'm a customer for the long haul.

I was impressed with this place, the staff was friendly and professional.. There was too much to choose from, without a menu.. the staff was very helpful in finding me what I want! I never pass them without stopping in...

I will admit, I am giving this review purely on what I have experienced without even stepping inside... They fail to keep menus up to date, I tried calling to get check strain availability and NOTHING listed on their site was actually in stock. Instead I get the notion I am pestering the employee by trying to get an accurate menu. They list dozens of strains from multiple growers on the $25 1/8th but none of those were available, only one farm has anything on that menu and that farm isn't even showcased anywhere on their website. They suggested I drive to them to see the menu in person... I live 25 miles away and would be passing multiple i-502 shops to get there, maybe if they had given me a better reason to visit their shop, other than "our menu is too expansive to discuss over the phone", I would be in my car driving and not blasting their poor customer service and outdated web presence. I will save them from a 1 star, by saving myself the drive to disappointment...

I love coming to this dispensary!they have a wonderful customer service and always on point with all their items! I make a special trip just to go and buy their different qualities!

I really enjoy coming to this dispensary really good $25 1/8 it is a hit and miss though, the cannabix brand is fabulous really enjoyed the Candyland OG and animal cookie, customer service is excellent what I really like about it is I go in there expecting to spend 40 bucks and leave spending less :) good all the way around!
