Kindness is an evenly balanced hybrid (50% indica/50% sativa) strain created by breeders at the infamous Bodhi Seeds as a cross of Afwreck X Snow Lotus. Although it's a hard bud to come by, it is a patient favorite for its mellow and happy high and medicinal effects. The Kindness high starts with a creative and slightly energetic lift that gets your juices flowing and offers a sense of motivation and purpose. You'll be focused on any task at hand and be able to tackle it with an unbeatable happiness. As this high builds, you'll feel relaxed throughout your entire being without being weighed down or getting sleepy. Because of these effects and its moderately high 15-18% average THC level, Kindness is said to be perfect for treating conditions such as chronic pain, inattentiveness, chronic stress or anxiety, and insomnia. This bud has small and dense bright neon green nus with bright gold hairs and a frosty thick coating of milky white crystal trichomes that look almost golden in the light. Vaping a live rosin cart of this stuff. I can definitely taste the earth, pine, and spicy notes; some sweetness lingering in the background perhaps. But, overall the terp profile is pedestrian. The high is as advertised above: a mellowing, relaxing high that creeps along your body yet the effects are not creative, happy, or uplifting. Instead, I feel zen-ful. I would recommend this strain for people who want to enhance their yoga/meditative routine or looking for something to help wind them down from a frustrating day.

Lovely, very serene. Like Blue Dream but happier and less dreamy, more clear. It's overall fantastic.
