1st time using HellFire strain for pain and spasms. Severe leg spasms requiring 20 MG hydrocodone and 650mg Tylenol...tid every 8 hrs. Also take Baclofen 20mg qid. 4xday. For severe lower back pain. He'll Fire seems to work the same as Big Pharma meds....will start weaning off prescription meds.
