Island Kush is a rare indica dominant hybrid strain created through crossing the infamous Hawaiian X OG Kush strains. This bud is born and bred in Hawaii, bringing on a classic island flavor and lifted indica effects that are perfect for kicking back on a lazy day. Island Kush has a sweet tropical pineapple flavor with a touch of herbs on each fruity exhale. When reading this roof you keep in mind that I purchased this straight in a number of pre-rolls. Island OG has the distinctive, fruit gas scent that we have learn to love when you mix any fish with one of those sweeter sativas! The bed burned very well, even and consistent. The inhale flavor was dominated by pepper and herbs with over ripened fruit and just a hint of gas. Very smooth and very easy take a deep hit, light smoke not heavy. The exhale lots of pepper and lots earthiness. I would not consider this a creeper, effects were found at the 2-minute mark. If I had to categorize the high I would have to say I've been hazy and a bit heavy but not in-the-couch heavy. The final thing I can say about this strain is don't expect a big wallop, it is an easy going high. Had 5 small .6 grams jays in Vegas, never shut me down, buzzed all day. Enjoy.
