Trulieve - Lady Lake near The Villages

I went to the Villages Trulieve for the first time, I usually go to the one in Eustis. They are so sweet and friendly they could really school some of these other business that provide customer service. You guys go above and beyond and that's really appreciated.

Got a delivery from Bruce and Garrett !! They did an exchange for me and it was great

If they are out of what you have ordered they simply do not fill your order and wait until closing to tell you they cannot fill your order. This is the second week in a row that my order was simply unfilled with no notification and most recently I had to pay MORE without notice for something comparable to what I originally ordered. God forbid people who are on a fixed income go through this. I could luckily afford to spend the extra money but I imagine those poor people who have just enough money to afford their medications and they get to this office and not only is their order unfulfilled they don't even have the right product. Sad experience with Trulieve for the second time in a row now on 4-29-21

Great, friendly, staff, great product (when its available!) You really have to be lucky to acquire their "top-tier" flower. Its aggravating to have to check every day to see if they have what your looking for...but they'll promote the heck out of it..jus sayin..

Great store great staff I live in the area and this is by far the best of the 3 dispensary’s in the area

Oh my God I don't have to give you five stars I'm giving you a thousand stars for the last 3 years I only go to This dispensary if you see my reviews on Google maps every time I get my order every month now I can post it on this site I want to say thank you to these ladies and gentlemen out in lady lakes only company I will deal withyou got the best products you know what you're talkin about all the way from citrus county Florida guys you're the bomb and I've been smoking for so many many moons now and the gentleman who come up here deliver for meare only the best drivers that I will deal with and I don't mind paying $25 every time so I'll see you Friday thank you so very much

This is my favorite I only went to the others which I won't mention, only because they ran short on all concentrates . This one gives a discount and a return policy on top of excellent product. The staff is friendly & educated about the products they sell.

They have the nicest, intelligent staff..great prices and deals..and I love this place. Only problem is, they're busy aaalot.
