I'm a steady customer at the Longwood location. Customer service is very good. Most everyone makes you feel appreciated. Then you have some that are very special. Having ran a successful business for 40 years I know how important it is to have people who represents your company with love and pride with what they do. Let me tell you that your products are good but so are alot of dispenserys but Customer Service like you get from young people like a young lady name Izzy is what brings me and others to this location. She is always upbeat to everyone. Truly concerned about your patients. God Bless her and let people like her how much she is appreciated.

Went into Trulieve in Longwood this week to pick up an order. Ryan and Steve helped me out and answered every question I had about other products. They were very helpful, friendly and seemed to love their jobs and are both excellent at it. They know their stuff! Thanks again!

I had such a wonderful experience today at Trulieve in Longwood Florida! I picked up the grape cake today, the quality of this flower is absolutely amazing, The taste and aroma is extremely pronounced. Excellent bud structure and covered in trichomes, very high in Terps also 🤟 To make my experience even better I was helped by Kyle who was extremely knowledgeable on this strain as well as many other products offered by Trulieve. Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time! 😎🌴🌴🌴

This dispensary is by far my favorite. I feel very comfortable asking any questions that I may have and I have not had been sold one bad thing from them. This location is very clean and everyone is great. Kyle is very helpful everytime I go. You can’t go wrong with anyone helping you here. Great friendly location. This is definitely the place to check out if you haven’t already.
